We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal payments. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.
Chicagorama will collect 10.25% sales tax on orders shipped within the state of Illinois. The rate of sales tax applicable to all merchandise shipped to locations within Illinois will be the rate applicable in Chicago, Illinois at the time of purchase.
Please be sure to include your apartment number or company name when submitting your order!
Orders process in 1-3 business days and will be shipped by the shipping service selected during checkout. Please visit usps.com or ups.com for estimates of exact transit times from our zip code, 60613. If your order is urgent and must arrive by a certain date, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order at email@example.com.
Once your package has shipped, Chicagorama will contact you with the appropriate tracking information for your order.
For shipments within the USA:
> USPS First Class Mail usually arrives in 2-14 business days and is not guaranteed.
> USPS Priority Mail usually arrives in 2-7 business days and is not guaranteed.
> USPS Priority EXPRESS Mail usually delivers in 1 business day except for AK, HI or rural areas. Please check here for service commitments.
> UPS Ground usually arrives in 1-5 business days and is guaranteed except during the holiday season.
> UPS Next Day Air arrives in 1 business day and is guaranteed except during the holiday season.
For International shipments:
Mail is shipped by the US Postal Service and will transfer to your government mail service upon entry into your country. Packages may incur customs or duty fees that are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local government authority for more information about imports.
> USPS First Class International Mail usually arrives within 2-3 weeks but is not guaranteed. Certain countries do not offer tracking service for First Class Mail.
> USPS Priority International Mail usually arrives within 2 weeks but is not guaranteed and may be slowed down by customs clearance upon import.
TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS
Once your order is in the hands of the shipping service, packages can be delayed for any number of reasons and even though certain services are guaranteed, that does not mean it will arrive on time. It only means that if it doesn't, we can submit for a refund of the shipping charge. If your order is time sensitive we HIGHLY recommend selecting UPS, not USPS and please contact us before placing your order or immediately after and let us know that you are in a hurry!
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
In order to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours of placing your order, by calling us or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot make a change or cancel an order on weekends or federal holidays. Once a shipment has left our warehouse, the purchase cannot be changed or cancelled.
